Condition - Formatting according to the value

1. Let's start with an example:

2. The spreadsheet provides the number of days between the order date and the delivery date.

3. Let's say you would want to highlight the cells where the result is greater than a certain number of days
|

4. If the result is - between 0 and 15 days, the color of the content will be blue - between 16 and 40 in black with a green cell - bigger than 40, in red with a yellow cell

5. The first step is to select the entire range of cells.

6. Go to the Menu bar and select Format/Conditionnal formatting. In the following dialog box you select 'between', 0 and 15
|

7. Then, click on 'Format' to display the following dialog box and you make your own figure format.

8. Then clic on the button 'Add >>' and

9. and a new condition is displayed
